As a third-generation member of a family deeply entrenched in the art world, Mauricio brings a wealth of experience and expertise to EŪDAI. With a degree in Economics from La Javeriana University, Mauricio has traveled the globe, representing their family's galleries at prestigious art fairs in Singapore, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Europe, and beyond. They've also lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia, gaining invaluable insights into diverse cultures and artistic perspectives.
Before founding EŪDAI, Mauricio immersed themselves in the dynamic exchange market in Colombia, leveraging their economic background to navigate the complexities of the industry. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to venture into the culinary scene with Dark Chain Kitchen, a venture blending Nikkei cuisine with innovation franchising his business next to his brother around Colombia and flair. Their tenure as a bartender at the exclusive Mila Members Club in South Beach further refined their understanding of Miami's allure and the desires of its discerning clientele.
